Registered with your local authority as a food business — this is free and required by law at least 28 days before you start trading.
Cover of at least £1,000,000 is required before you can accept paid orders through Scoffy.
A government-issued photo ID to confirm you are who you say you are.
A list of ingredients and allergens for each product you plan to sell — required by law for any food you sell to the public.
